Privacy Policy.

stuff·finder is a home inventory app (know where your things are), with optional family sharing. We kept this policy plain and honest: we collect the minimum, we don't sell data, we show no ads, and we don't put you into third-party analytics.

What data we process

On your device (by default). Your whole inventory — item names, locations, notes, photos — is stored only on your device by default. With sync off, nothing leaves your phone (aside from any standard OS backups you control).

When you enable sync (to keep your data safe and share your inventory across devices/ family), the following is sent to our server:

We do not collect: precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, browsing history, health or financial data.

Who can access it

Processors (hosting/delivery)

Data is processed by our technical providers solely to make the app work:

Transfers happen over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).

Retention and deletion

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll publish updates to this policy at the same address with an updated "Effective" date.
